The Caravan Drop-In
2024 Phone service open hours
Between April to December 2017 volunteers were asked to fill out an anonymous tick box questionnaire about each client session. This was done without asking the client any questions. 1118 client sessions were recorded this way.

* We don’t ask any questions to get these percentages, and only score someone if they mention their living conditions and housing, so this number doesn’t include those who don’t refer to their homelessness in the therapy
